2 Pound Down Movement

I have started Weight Watchers on my own and have committed myself to not one, but two different Biggest Loser contests at my job! I'm committing myself to my own 2 Pound Down Challenge! I mean, who can't lose 2 pounds a week. No pressure, but the idea is to only focus on small attainable goals. Everything I've done the last three weeks has been to get me to my 2 pound goal each Friday. I'm now 10 pounds down and keeping it moving!
