Mini Goals

Because I have a long way to go before I reach my 100 pound goal, I think its important to create mini goals along the way.  Next Friday will be the final weigh in for January and if I reach my 2 pound goal for the week, I will be buying this cool scale I found from a YouTube vlogger:
   
This scale can display your pounds to goal weight, the difference between your previous weight, and has a two person memory.  I'm still searching for one that can display your bmi, and body fat, but this one is definitely a contender.  

Technically, I have already met my 2 pound down challenge for the month at 10.4  pounds lost, but the month is not over and I have to stay focused because as "easy" as losing 2 pounds can be, it can be as "easy" to gain 2.
