Week 9 Weigh In: It Feels Good!
I can hear Tony, Toni, Tone' in my head now. I lost 2.4 lbs even after going on stay-cation at the beach this weekend. I'm now down 19.6 lbs!!!
As I said before, March is an important month for me. With 5 weeks, I can potentially lose 10 lbs this month. I'm starting a Body Challenge type boot camp at Victory Lady on the 24th to shake things up and prevent any plateaus.
Co-workers stop me in the hallway to applaud my efforts and one told me she could actually see my weight loss even if I can't. Lol. This really helps me stay motivated. Finding my way back to me is hard work! Trying to make it fun is even harder. But no turning back.
So today I took advantage of the gym's free monthly assessment with a trainer. She was so shocked at my progress. In reality, these numbers mean more than the big number on the scale, but you know how we do! Lol
Here is how my numbers look:
3 inches from chest, 1 inch from both biceps, 6 inches from waist (YES!!), 4 inches from abs, 5 inches from my non-existent hips, thighs and calves the same, 19.6 lbs down.
It is unbelievable, but only the beginning!
