Last night was rough. I didn't even have the energy to write this down when I got home. Monster decided that on Mondays he was gonna kill us! But we didn't die. No no, I lived to tell the story, and here it is...
We began with a warm up for the upper body. I purposely positioned myself between Danni and DWray so I could look in the mirror. Whenever I wanted to drop my arms in exhaustion, that chick in the mirror said "Big girl, do better!" So I kept it moving. I actually didn't notice the lack of air conditioning this time. I have considered Tha Dungeon to be hell on Earth and therefore it should be hot.

Monster gave us the great news, we were only doing something called Bear Crawls and abs and then we are done. Ok great, lets get it Danni. One Band, One Sound! Well, he showed us the proper form- palms to the ground, knees underneath you and up on your toes. I have a bum hip and bum toes so this isn't looking good for me. My form- knuckles to the ground, legs straight out to the side and up on my flat feet. We They, took off for the pole in the middle of the floor while I took one to three steps at a time. Taking time to breathe, pray, cry. It was a mess. But let me say Monster stayed right there with me, pushing me along and making me laugh. I didn't want to quit, I just wanted it all to end. I finally finished to find Danni on the floor in a daze.
Round two was easier and I managed to get in the right form and go faster. Rounds 3-5 were pure hell because my legs were exhausted. Monster and DWray came back and finished each lap with me and threatened that if they caught up to me on that final one, I had to do one more. At first, I couldn't move at all, but Danni cheered me on as I did a baseball slide across the floor out of desperation. I was drenched and we laid there begging for someone to take us out of our misery. When we 'came to', we had 75 reverse crunches to complete and then he set us free!
Overall, I am very happy about yesterday's workout. I never thought I would be able to do one round of BC's, but I did five on the first try. I definitely helps to have people pushing me and rooting for me though. This experience is priceless.
